Ocean Dragon Racing is now entering our third year of competitive racing in the P1 World Powerboat Supersport Class. This follows two successful years with a bronze position in 2006 and a fifth position in 2007(this followed recurrent problems with our drives).

2008 has seen a re-fit to the boat with new Arneson surface drives that should ensure a more trouble free season.

ODR has also become partners with Phoenix Chinese News and Entertainment (PCNE); consequently the boat will now be called PHOENIX 8.

PCNE aim to make several films about PHOENIX 8 and these will be broadcast to their global audience of 20 million viewers and 147 million viewers in China. We look forward to a very exciting and thrilling new year of powerboat racing – BRING IT ON!
